Shipping Policy
- Delivery Time:
Orders are processed within 1–7 business days. Delivery across Egypt typically takes:
• Cairo & Giza: 2–3 business days
• Alexandria & Major Cities: 3–5 business days
• Other Governorates: 4–7 business days - Shipping Cost:
• Standard shipping fee: EGP 99 for orders below EGP 1,500. - Tracking:
You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. - Delivery Conditions:
Our delivery partner will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package. Note: This item is delivered fully assembled or with minimal assembly (tools included).
Returns & Exchanges
- Return Window:
You may return the product within 14 days of delivery if it’s unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. - Eligibility:
Returns are accepted for:
• Wrong item delivered
• Damaged or defective product
• Change of mind (as long as item is unused and in original condition) - Non-Returnable Items:
Used, assembled (if assembly alters condition), or damaged due to customer handling. - Return Process:

- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll arrange a free pickup within 2–3 business days (for eligible returns).
- Refund:
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). -
